Regular check-ups are fundamental to keeping your home-away-from-home in its very best shape. The roof should be inspected at least every six months. If it is a rubber roof, it needs to be treated at least once per year to prevent sun damage. Water damage can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars to repair if it’s not taken care of immediately.
